Main Purpose of Role:
Achieve new business to agreed target levels. This involves growing market share within assigned territory and ensuring the complete product and service portfolio is presented to all accounts together with any updated information presented by agreed timescales.
- Achieve an agreed turnover target for all new accounts.
- Visit all accounts within agreed timescales for review at the monthly one to one meeting.
- Ensure effective coverage of the sales territory, prioritising customers issues on merit, maintaining a minimum call rate of 4 calls per day.
- Achieve a new business target.
- Ensure new and existing business actuals are reported accurately each week for review versus set targets.
- Review and react to credit control issues every month as raised on the credit control report weekly and guarantee a five working day turnaround to resolve any issues.
- Report RFT issues and review.
- Ensure all relevant meetings have minutes taken with responsibility deadlines and report any issues via the call report system effectively.
- Complete reports as requested by line manager, within set time frames.
- Ensure all new accounts use electronic ordering and changing existing customers to electronic format.
- To help and assist with preparation of take-off from drawings and Schedules in order to prepare quotes.
- Be able to analyse market sector and position Company products effectively.
- Projects a confidence when dealing with customers.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Considerable knowledge of the UPVC marketplace and industry.
- Good working knowledge of First degree.
