Price Increase
We are sure you are aware of the increases in raw material costs that have been a challenge for us all since 2021. The subsequent impacting factors affecting resin and other uPVC formulation ingredients have been addressed via the resin surcharge that has been communicated monthly.
Separate to the above cost pressures – prices for standard items like steel, hardware and glass as well as the world crisis in energy costs and statutory labour cost increases are also having a significant impact on our manufacturing costs. This means unfortunately that keeping prices at current levels is unsustainable and we therefore reluctantly have to introduce a standard price increase to all our customers to compensate for these growing margin pressures.
You may rest assured that we will continue to work together to minimise the effect of these increases as far as possible and we know you will appreciate we have to recover these additional costs in future to ensure the financial sustainability of our business in the long-term and to secure our strong supply chain. We will therefore implement a price increase as detailed below with effect from 14th February, 2022:
- PVCu & Aluminium frames – 4.25%
- Glass – 7.5%
